I'm not sure whether the game will be released on 20th or 24th September for the rest of the world (outside UK and NA).

Hmm, not getting along with this so well tonight, why does every player under the height of about 5ft7 look like a hobbit? And why can they run at about five times the speed of regular players? It's really unbalanced.

Oh and three times I've had a through-ball played against me and the last defender has done that age-old thing in PES where he randomly stops moving for a split second to allow the forward in on goal. In fact, the COM is getting through on goal from a through ball almost once a game, and they're only five minute games.

But player sprint speed it getting on my tits, it looks ridiculous. Pumped high balls to nowhere turn into chances on goal because players can sprint at five times their natural speed. Their legs look like they're running on fast forward.

I love it. Wasn't at all what I expected it to play like, but it's somehow still "connected" to PES13. The sense of freedom is the best in the entire series, the graphics are fantastic and most of all, it's fun to play - and STILL feels like real football. It's maybe weird, but it reminds me a lot of This Is Football 2003 in terms of look and feel.

Can't dribble for toffee though!!

The more I play this the more I dislike it. I'm gutted. Been waiting for this game all year round and I don't even like the gameplay.

The sprint speed of players is ridiculous. Smaller players motor along the turf at an incredible speed. And the game is totally unbalanced. You can pass the ball around and do intricate dribbles but in reality I can pretty much get one v one with the keeper by doing a lofted through-ball at least once or twice a game, and that's on really short matches.

In fact, all you need to do is hit the ball into space behind the defence anywhere, and your player will absolutely motor his way to the ball and the COM defence will pretty much just ignore him, leaving him through on goal. This also sometimes happens to me, where the COM does the same.

I tested it out below, the first one, I noticed Milner went on a run, absolutely flying in a straight line at a crazy speed. I thought, lets see if I can do this at will, so I just hit a basic lofted through-pass, not particularly timed, and sure enough, he carries on motoring in a straight line towards goal, and the defenders around him couldn't give a shit. Way too easy.

This is on both Professional but I can also do it on Top Player too. A simple through-ball can lead to your player being miles in the clear. Not only that, but you can hit the ball behind the defence into space towards the corner flag, and if you've seen your attacker making a forward run, he'll absolutely fly towards the ball and you can actually see the the game giving him a speed boost to overtake the last man. It's insane.

If this is going to happen every game I play then I can forget buying PES this year. Ridiculous how it can be 2013 and this sort of exploit can be done so easily. I can do the advanced method to try and handicap myself but frankly that method, in my opinion, is awful.

Really gutted by this. I just don't understand why players, particularly small ones, are so fast and the defences so unresponsive. I feared this might happen after all the Gamescom videos, no-one else seemed to notice on here but an incredibly high numbers of goals recorded at that even came from this exact method. Lofted through balls or long aimless passes, crazy fast attackers and defenders letting them run onto the ball unopposed :(

The game itself is great but this ruins it completely. I've played about ten demo matches tonight and I can count about two of them where neither side managed to get not only one v one with their keeper, but often the whole defence goes AWOL. One game, I played a long through pass, got clean through, squared the ball across goal and I had three attackers steaming onto the ball with no defender in sight.

Really odd and totally unrealistic.

But he did provide a reason behind that. I'm pretty sure the game will undergo several treatment along the way via patch, but i hope people are careful of what their wish for, especially the responsiveness, pivoting and dribbling.

The Ai looks really dumbed down from the 1st demo (like if it wasn't even the same game). Not sure what's going on, but that became evident on bitter's stream. Supertalks concerns are very valid.

Ha, well my old annoyances were with the game screwing me over, this time I'm complaining about being able to score too easily!

It's terrible. The balance between players at full sprint and the rest of the players around them is totally screwed. One player at full sprint can make up about 40 yards on a meandering defender in less than five seconds. As you can see with the Milner video. This exact thing has happened over and over again.

I never got a chance to play the leaked demo but the off-the-ball defensive AI, for both teams, is appalling in this. They just ignore a player busting through the middle and can leave three attackers vs the goalkeeper.

I don't know what's going on. Other than dodgy frame-rates and player switching, I don't really have any of the issues with demo 2 that other people are having:CONFUSE: It looks great and plays a superb game of football, especially for a DEMO.

bitter playing on Professional. The leaked demo was on the highest difficulty, on top of that the AI on top condition. I think there were plenty of complain about the AI applying too much pressure and too aggressive.

To be honest, a bare-bones ML this year will work for me. All that repetitive cut-scene bs in 2013 got on my tits. Plus my secretary didn't get the memo about wearing short skirts and low-cut blouses and instead wore those bloody trouser-suits. She can do one and be replaced by a menu.

Oh man, don't start to freak us out.
But anyways, for precaution i will start a CL mode, and see if it's a recurrent issue. I will only attack like this.
If it is. We must report it to Adam, Manorito Hosoda, and all PES team ASAP.

We already made a direct comparision on the same conditions. The full games was dumbed down as many predicted.
