Is there anywhere on the net that lists all the new features and how to use them? I need to sit down and learn everything there is to know about this before I start playing properly.

Another question, my brother mentioned that he recalled retail PS3 PES2014 still does not have any way to play replays in original speed.

Is this incorrect, or will replays from PES2014 be perpetually slow motion (save for patch)? It takes 20 seconds just to wind forward to the actual event you want to see again currently.

Dont know if this is general knowledge but you can still select players t setpieces. You press L1 and flick the right stick to the required player.

1-2 is now executed with L1 an X or triangle and you can also use the right analogue to dictate the direction you wish to run in.

If we showed a video of real life football & said it was PES2014 some people would find something to complain about. It's human nature to latch into the negative.

The most amusing thing is no matter how much we love, complain, praise & argue. We play ever PES2014 for an entire year anyway.
So lets just enjoy one that is actually good for a change.

I played the leaked demo a huge amount and thought that it was excellent. However I love demo 2 even more. Much better game play experience for me and wouldn't go back to playing demo 1.

Looking forward to getting the full game next week.

Replays are probably locked to 30fps. But you can't accelerate them in anyway?

Well, if you played the demo you noticed two things about the replays. One is that they were in slow motion, and the other that moving the camera has a lag of about a second before it moves.

My brother indicated both were still present in the retail version. Meaning the replays are not just a bit stuttery (30fps), but they actually don't allow you to view the action in real time. Meaning that shot that took 1.5 seconds to find the top corner from 35 meters, in replaying it it will always take 3 seconds or more. So there's no way to relive the feeling of snap or power to a shot, it will always be in elongated time.

EDIT: Obviously from Konamis perspective the day 1 patch may improve and solve all these problems, but it's still noteworthy and disconcerting if true. I love replays and not even the ingame automatic replays are anything but slow motion in the demo atleast. Hardly authentic-feeling.

What about holding both the directional pad arrow and the stick in the same direction, that used to speed footage up.

I'm actually surprised we haven't seen more bugs that what we have, look at the amount of new stuff implemented. I said before this will take 2 possibly 3 patches to be 'Complete'.

Funny, I said this then on my demo i scored a very weird goal in which counted as an own goal to Casillas, the ball went 'Through' his body :| Very weird!

As it looks now to please the crowd chants from, there are 5 slots just like last year you can apply to the PS3 hard drive, thank you.

I tried that in the demo, even held O/B, stick and d-pad but no success. I'll ask my brother though. He is still online I think. :)
