Anyone else finding the manual faints when dribbling incredibly frustrating to pull off? I'm finding I can pull off the move but I can't get past a defender. Is it better to just use auto faints?

I'm loving the feints but dribbling is my strength in PES and I always make sure I master that first.

If you use the right skill, the cpu will be wrong footed etc.

I'd rather people aren't too hasty with their decisions, and take their time learning the game first, whatever game that may be.

Hello, you can insert chants again? And how many slots are available for? Would be great if you make a photo where the Chants are inserted? Just want to know if that is still the same and now are even more possibilities. Is there finally now away fans, or you can hear again only the home fans? Thank you.

All of that can be fixed for offline modes. Not for online, though - everyone has to use official database with player stats and names. All the Donovans are going to turn back into Dotans. Edited kits being used online - more likely on PC than consoles.

A bit cheeky but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
The same thing happens to my advantage when I'm defending too, so unless the AI needs time to learn the game also, then something isn't quite right

This is simple, as always Konami has the best gameplay, this year is even better and it reminds us those glory days. Also tactics are much better in PES than FIFA.

This is the most difficult thing to develop: gameplay. They already have it, and they are ruining it by doing the rest of the game...if you compare career mode to ML...Except for the gameplay and tactics FIFA is much better, but yes, gameplay is the most important thing.

Why Konamy doesn't hire a competent guy to develop the rest of the game? Can you imagine a Pes gameplay and tactics with FIFA career mode? Also FIFA statistics after the match are amazing, you can see the passes of every single player, shots, shots in target...and all with an amazing graphics.

Also, stadiums are important because you can't do them, but I don't care about teams licenses, just give me all the world leagues fake, with all of their second divisions and we will develop an option file and change those name to the real ones.

I've been playing both demos, PES and FIFA, and believe me, while PES is much better, FIFA is getting better than it was.

So, Konami, keep doing this wonderful game play and fix the rest of the game, because the day FIFA makes a good gameplay Konamy will be over.

thats ok im also glad you said the final release is even better than the recent demos cause to me they were great now i cant wait next week :-)

Why are daytime matches so much faster than night ones?

And why do defences for both sides go completely AWOL at times, especially on lofted through balls?

cancelled my ps3 pre-order. all those missing stadia and licenses, i'd be going crazy if i could not edit that to my liking.

Very true! When I was young and played games like "Last Ninja", "Turrican", "International Karate" etc etc they were frigging great that time!

With Konami starting again with pes14 the master league was always going to suffer.

Not been the same since player trade was taken out and currency used instead of points

Has anyone made the pass and move work? Usually on pes you press r2 when you pass and the player makes a run.

I'm playing on manual and cannot for the life of me make this work. I can't get on the game I'm at work but is it listed as an in game control still? It was perfect for making your full backs bomb on!

Just played my first game on Demo 2: Bayern 1-0 Spain
Top Player difficulty and yet I controlled possession (71%-29%) but some how avoided being fouled at any stage in the game, or fouling them for that matter. I managed 2 shots both on target, yet even that's exaggerating because my second shot was a 35 yard smash because they game was up in 3 seconds time.

My early opinion is, the game is too easy to dominate while chances are few and far between, about to play my second game as United vs Bayern.

Was your first game United vs Bayern? Because Bayern are set up to counter attack whilst United are pre-set to play possession football
