Everything it did before, bar close control. It's more of a drag-back/retain option now.

On another note, I'm guessing the Xbox Demo is 5 Minute Games huh ?

I cancelled out when it asked for my payment details but now I've entered them and I can't seem to get the Gold trial back :(

Looks like by cancelling out that first time, I don't get the option to have a trial again, just a full sign-up. What a load of crap.

Great, first we were told xbox would release the demo 1 day later than the PS store and now I'm sitting here updating the store every 5 minutes.

It's slow as hell here too. Only 8% so far. It's going like 1% every 3 minutes!

Oh I'm not downloading it on the browser. I just clicked on download through the browser to which it sends it directly to my 360 to download.

It'll be available for web download pretty soon I'm sure, then you just stick it on a flashdrive, stick the flashdrive in your 360 and play the demo :)

Edit: or possibly you have to burn it to a normal DVD, can't remember which it is!

Looks like that's my best option now. No way to have a request to start the Gold trial once you close out of the original offer. Going to purchase Gold doesn't even give you the option of a trial. So shoddy.

Yeah I can't be arsed for the hassle of creating a US account anyways, I'm monitoring a few sites which tend to share demos, as long as it's not region locked (I believe the occasional demo has been).

To upload the demo is actually a pretty simple thing. Just need an usb drive then stick that to your console. Copy the demo to the flash drive, then open the usb on the pc with USB xtaf gui 4.4. Copy the demo to the pc.. compress it and upload it.
