for FREMM, in the 90s Maradona play for napoli a calcio match, and in the other team against napoli play the great Zico, Maradona friend in life, Maradona make a goal with his hand, and the referee say its a goal, then Zico say to Maradona: Diego say to the referre you make the goal with your hand, cause if you dont do that you are a dishonored person. Maradona say to Zico, Nice to meet you, here dishonored Diego Armando Maradona.

Philosophy was always my weakest course in Uni so forgive me. Nevertheless, please, pretty fuckin please with sugar on top, would you mind explaining me wth you are harping on about?

Anywho, FIFA's commentary isn't any better. Commentary as a whole is pretty crap. I like to hear the players talk, but I can't because there's no option in football games for such.

Unless they get Barry Davies in to commentate I'll always turn the commentary off.

FIFA's commentary is the only aspect about the actual game experience that's markedly ahead of Konami. Clive Tyldesley in particular really sounds like he's watching your game and not just reading lines in a booth.

Barry Davies in Actua Soccer FTW.

I recently watched a youtube video of PES 2014, Bayern vs. Bayern. It looked a good game and I'm looking forward to it. But I felt a twinge of panic when I watched the off-the-ball defense of the wingers Ribery and Robben.

Remember in 2012 when your wingers, on defense, would drift inside towards the circle and then, at times, cross each other's paths, while the rest of the team played defense. And then, when you gained control of the ball they would sprint across the field back into position (too late, usually).

This problem was confirmed on this website numerous times, with gif and screenshots.

Watching 2014, I noticed Ribery, when his team was on defense, drift down into the circle like a weird sort of zombie and then bolt back into position when his team regained position.

I'm hoping I'm all wrong....

Okay so Konami have confirmed the European version will have all commentary. That's great, but not if you have to change all the language settings in order to change the commentary.

That was another mystifying Konami decision. Back on PS2, all PES games allowed you to keep all in-game text in English, then allowed you to change commentary language only in the audio settings. On current gen, they abandoned that, removed commentary language from the audio settings, and forced you to change the game's in-game text to that of the commentary language. Really stupid idea.

Really? In last PES games, at least in PC, you can change separately both text and audio languages.

Countless times I played in Spanish with Japanese Audio (Goru!!! Asenaru! Ni Dai Ichi!) :WORSHIP:

So it is possible.

Yeap. I think the trick is to add some spin with the right stick as soon as you strike the ball. I noticed something when I tried it prior to this goal. Before, I'd smack it and it'll go straight to the keeper, but once I started messing around w/ the right stick, I noticed some spin. (Might be a fluke but try it) and w/ the right player ie Schweini

Is it really the case this time? Or something lost in translation? Because i bought PES 2012 from UK Gamesplanet (Digital Download), i can change the commentary language just fine without changing the in-game text. Though the retail version only have one commentary language and text depend on the region. And it is essentially the same for PES 2013, can't see why it will be different for this year. Hopefully it is just a misinformation.
