Reminds me of PES5 when Konami took the crowd out to save fps.
errr dynamic weather ?????? how can they make dynimac weather if there is no rain
Agreed. One great thing about FIFA career mode is the ability to set weather/time, and play every game at 1 pm under clear skies.i hate rain dont care its not there tbh
canceled/delayed :
*snow ,
*rain ,
*ps4/xbox one version ,
*pc demo , ...
who is next![]()
Maybe the rain effect is using different kind of physics calculation. Additional effect like this obviously will impact the frame rate, but i never thought the impact will be this much. Maybe the game engine isn't really optimized for current gen hardware.
Btw speaking to Adam no rain this time due to drop in framerate. Current-gen can't handle the heat it seems.
It would be enough for them to tweak the ball physics and that has zero impact. The only thing that has an impact is the "rain". But it's not like they have to make the rain as an demanding particle effect. Just fake it cheaply or make it invisible in gameplay.
Agreed. Rain isn't always visible when watching a televised match. As long as the playing surface has less friction, and a bit of rain is visible in cut scenes, then I don't see what's so demanding about that.
I dislike rain in any previous PES game, because it add nothing, completely devoid any sort of physics law, except for making the visual look worse; dim and blurry. That being said, more option and customization are always welcomed.

And of course, because the consoles can't handle the weather effects, the PC version won't have them either...#logic
