If you really love football games then you will want a great game to be produced no matter what company makes it. But some people come in here and enleash their vomit and have nothing positive to say " Lol Konami"? Grow up! If you don't like the game then fine, and to have an opinion is peoples right, but to constantly piss on the parade judged on videos is grating me. Fuck off out of here! I come in here to listen to the negatives as well as the positives but the obivious hate for a title is just pure childish imo. Everyday you have several decent posts then the same people come here trying to cause an argument, if you don't like it don't buy it. Leave the ones who look forward to the games to enjoy them.

take it easy buddy, all of us here are gamers with its own perspective on what is considered a game. There is a judge for the gameplay, graphics, and other aspects of his interest. We cannot enforce all options on one thing: any games quit loving; even though it's rubbish ...

Forgive me mate but some of these guys in here make me want to punch a nun! Day after day of trolling rubbish, i'm not speaking to all just the same few who do it every year and they know who they are. Sorry for the rant.:CONFUSE:
 
I will judge every year if i think pes is not better than fifa. When pes is better than fifa i will celebrate. Its my right...this year is close as i see,but not yet there...

There was a guy playing Spain vs Bayern (AI). AI was on Regular, but AI played wisely. It is a step up from PES 2013, where AI either did nothing, or cheated.

Now they did score the goal (beautiful cross from Alaba to Mandzukic chest control - and finished off with tap in).

The AI is also playing very well in defense, barring in mind, it was on Regular they did not let through balls spam past them (should make HUGE difference online).

You have to earn your victory now from what I could see and you have to know there are 2 versions presented on Gamescom. The one on shop floor and the other shown behind closed doors from which footage cannot be taken (probably the game in it's final stretch to the finish line - with modes unlocked).

Stay positive people as it is much better game than Fiasco 14 ;).

Yeah, these videos are all in regular, why doesn't anyone set it on professional or top-player? I don't get it.

I guess people can still be positive, it's finally a new engine and even if not everything might be perfect the next versions will improve upon it.

The thing I noticed though is the perfect ball-control for everyone even if they are running, it's pretty similar for everyone on the pitch. I hope this is only because of unfinished code.

It's not a problem mate, there really were as you say. many fanatical because of something so forget about aspects of quality that should be the main thing. I could say who disfigure PES 2014 without first playing the game or simply view the video and the picture, they like the fantasy; don't spend time for this option.

PES has been better than FIFA for the last two years (despite some faults)for those with eyes to see and not blinded by misplaced fanboy loyalty.

I agree with this, being negative for the sake of it is far, far worse than blind fanboyism even. The fanboy at least enjoys himself, which is the most important thing at the end of the day. I see why you get angry, it is very childish and very immature, again worse than fanboyism.

These people have an issue with others enjoying what they don't enjoy all they want to do is try to spoil everyones day and make everyone else feel as disgruntled as they are with the game. Lacking any empathy is something that loses you respect, the world does not revolve around your own viewpoint only.

Negativity for the sake of it, without any objective, balanced observation is not cool, it doesn't make seem smart, it's immature, spiteful and it will only lower yourself in everyones respect.
 
Ignore the destroyer of happy days living a month away, many people on this year's will return home to PES, not because of the attitude of fanaticism, but this is due to the quality ...
Let's talk about the latest thing about this game. I'm including a still poor information after years away from home.

Modern day footballers tend to have the same skills of actors and stuntmen so I'd say those collisions are rather realistic.
 
Getting a bit of a stiffy at all this, I must admit. However, just like when Karen Gillan went bald, I hope I'm not left flaccid and with nothing but memories of the good old days.

The gamers choise is after the play, and see how the quality of games through demos, videos and image preview. So far we have seen a lot and tried to determine the choice, so to hell with opinions in the media ...

It will be so, especially when the media participated in this forum.
But honestly, I've seen many various opinions in the forum, from attacking someone's character to talk nonsense and widens to a variety of content. but instead I laughed a lot this is the unique thread that now make me glad to be here. I think this is a great discussion forum among other forum ever I follow. Stay informed even though we later busy PES play 2014 at home. Respect to Mr. admin.

It should be about how authentic it is to how football is played and represented, technically. That is authenticity for me personally.

And I watched my first video yesterday of PES 2014, the French video of England v France. I absolutely love how they have improved on the 'touch' and angles available, it looks beautiful and dare I say the word, 'organic'.

The passing looked a little too assisted for me, but I guess that is an option we can at least tweak ourselves.

Biased view from me but I still think that's the strongest domestic league of all time. That era I mean. Maybe because of the 3 foreigner rule but most (not all) of the world's best players were there rather than being spread across the English, French, German, Spanish and Italian leagues like nowadays.

Actually, regardless of where you played, in those days if you were a foreigner playing in a team you had to be good.

I am sorry but I can no longer stand watching these vids. Its killing me what they are doing to this game LOL. The senseless, assisted or route one passing, no buildup nothing. Ok its gamescom but it takes you seconds to setup a good formy if you know what you doing.

I NEED TO PLAY THIS DAMNIT. September is too far away. Think I am going to book a few days off after release.

Sorry mate You don't change the facts. Pes 2014 looks more realistic than Fifa 14 NG in terms of gameplay. Technically Pes 2014 cought Fifa :BOP: Maybe for You it's hard to believe but it's true. YES Pes 2014 looks better than FIFA. :BOP:

I have seen few site give victory to pes when it comes to pes v fifa in license. Well one that i remember perfectly last year and it stated the reason was u had champs/europa league and world/euro/asian/american cups even if it was not the real thing rather than buying a seperate game to enjoy this. As for epl/german and many leagues u can get patchs, so they said therefore pes won that simply because of what u can do with the patches for free.
