That is sad. As is hearing about all these older footballers being forced to sell memorabilia to pay for operations and other things. I would like to know where the PFA are on that score.

All the more galling when you see players like Dave Wagstaffe who passed away recently and who more than match, indeed surpass players like Beckham and would be worth a fortune today.

It's gone from one extreme to the other now. But one has to feel for those that missed out and deserved better.

You had that in GTR2 James aside from the dynamic weather although GTR2 used the same engine as rFactor1. Happy days.... I remember doing three hour stints in races and boy was it tiring. You would look forward to each pit stop..... :))

I never tried rFactor and unfortunately SimBin have never released a true successor to GTR2 though they are still working on GTR3.

Likewise here at our club too James. All the players before 1985 have had a variety of jobs outside of football after their playing retirement. I don't mind players or indeed sportspeople being paid a decent whack but the levels across many sports now are obscene.

I am one of those more and more tending towards Against Modern Football.....

Perhaps we can have custom protest banners within PES ? :P

Never understand why PES now can't implement them properly but did them well back in PES4/5/6 :CONFUSE:

I hope the San Siro wont be full every game, that stadium rarely sells out unless it the derby, vs Juventus or if Barca, Madrid or United come to town.
 
Played a bit of ISS Pro 98 tonight for nostalgia sake. Superb blast from the past.

So chucked in PES2010 the oldest one I still have current gen, damn is it fun to play. It has flaws but its enjoyable and I think thats where 2013 went wrong it improved but it wasnt enjoyable.

Looking at these videos, the game looks enjoyable to play, while time will tell, im hopeful that it can be good and fun even if it does have some flaws.
 
This game is what i ever wanted since pes6. My dreams come true. AI is very wise, fouls and animations look life like. Im watiching real vs al sad and i almost cant see any difference. Cant fuc.............wait. Please someone ask Adam if there are any other stadium line adbords than PES ones. BTW adbords are moving like real ones, looks great. PLEASE NO LAGGGS 1vs1 online.

That's another thing that bugs me about this game post PES5. We used to have the attendance setting for friendlies, both home and away support. I quite liked playing in front of a half-empty stadium as it looked more realistic. The crowd would be quieter too.

Konami have neglected the little touches this gen.
 
I'm not sure I want to see gifs or videos anymore. They're ruining that surprise or new animation experience later.

I 100% agree. I adore this, it properly sets the atmosphere. Only the Bundersliga sells out with every team every game, along with the premiership a close second and the championship just behind.

Most other league usual have 60% full grounds, big teams even like Madrid, Barca etc.. vs the small team struggle to sell out.

You just can't have the proper Serie A atmosphere without it.

Injuries have been set off, but whats unrealistic is the player not grabbing his ankle and rolling around 5 times screaming in agony, only to return to his feet 10 seconds later complaining to the ref why the player wasn't sent off.

I personally do not know what to do, I have many games ... and just want to play pes 2014, right now I'm installing richard burns rally .. and endure this fuckin...g long wait!

Next person to say this looks like PES2013 gets a bitch-smack. even the head moves and the momentum to make him slide a bit. havok/fox engine in full effect

It looks good but the fall direction is wrong. His pivot foot was taken out and because the way that the human body works, he should have fallen over/on top of RVP. Great animations though ;))
