PES 2014 Discussion Thread

Those videos look good. Worlds apart from the instructional shite they've been peddling the last few days. Graphically the game is a winner.
 
Lami you Bastardo you've been quiet, i bet you have some sort of copy and are playing right now laughing at all this bullshit.
 
Looks nice doesn't it. Really looking forward to this now.

One thing though that they must fix from 2013 is how your keeper parries a shot but the game makes several of your defenders surrounding him stop running for a split second, whereas the CPU attacker carries on steaming in for the rebound. That stop/start delay allows the attacker to get to the rebound.

I'm not sure if this is a kind of AI glitch or whether it's a method for the game to gift itself a goal on higher difficulties. Depending on which one it is might dictate whether we see this again in 2014. Really hope it's not there through design.

Imo, those who come in here just to say that should piss off and not play the game. If you want to say 'it looks like PES13', THAT BENEFITS no one. It just instills doubt over something that can only be experienced first hand. So, people who say that are just trolls. They need to find somewhere else to be. It's not constructive critique in the least. Saying things definitively that are subjective is just attempting to incite discussion and antagonism. If that's one's opinion of PES14, my advice would be DON'T PLAY IT. Skip it. Buy FIFA. Do something else other than come on here and say 'it looks like PES13' and look foolish. My 2c.

Hopefully he/she didn't get banned for just saying that, especially as it true in some ways. I'm sure there's more to it. Lami's a tolerant and fair guy.

As I said, what most people do is not engage in CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. Saying the game is good/bad DOES not help. Saying WHY ,and not being overbearingly confident in one's opinion, is what is constructive. So, the REASON WHY the person said 'it looks like PES13' is ultimately more valuable than simply stating a subjective shallow(not in-depth) blanketing statement.

As long as u give a valid reason to why u think it looks good or bad, then u should be fine i gues. But this looks bad and no reason to why u think? Thats pretty lame

If you dont like the look - and thats all it is at the moment - of it. Then dont buy it and and stop posting. But just stop moaning about a game you havent even played the demo off.
Youve seen a few videos like the rest of us.
No judgements - other than visuals - can be made at this time.
 
Why is it always the morons who get to play games early and spend the entire time sprinting, hitting long through balls and being oblivious to the obvious offside players. Terrible stuff, they should hang their heads in shame.

Game looks good though. Very fast but it always seems this way on YouTube clips like this. Not sure about the little pause just before they score the tap in after the long range shot, either my phone hates the video there or something's odd.

With all due respect, mna, after your comments yesterday you shouldn't even be bold enough to show your face here today. After all the negativity and what not. The game being said to have declined,etc... Being honest here.

It's not your phone. It's the poor camera capturing the on screen footage.

I think that they aren't morons, just people who are gamers and happen to like football. Most of us in this forum are football first and gaming second. Fifa caters to that first group, the gamers. I wouldnt even own a gaming rig were it not for football games. Everything else i can do with a laptop.
 
Some comments about the video..

- Some animations of gk's are good...Some others in preview videos aren't..

- I don't like some passing animations..

- The game looks like PES 2013..

- I don't care if the new PES looks like FIFA...FIFA has good things...

- Τhe ball physics are amazing...
