yeah, some rails for sure. Also, in general, this last video i think is quite.. unfortunate. They try to show nice attacking plays, but the viewer's attention is instead quickly drawn to horrible clueless defense. Frankly, even on lowest difficulty, defenders should play better.

I think it's down to some laziness from Konami to record videos with low difficulty settings. It's a shame really.

Seems that EA and Konami do that - I don't understand why they record the lower difficulty levels that most people won't even touch. It hardly shows the game off to the best of its potential.

When looking at the ridiculous defence of PES 2012 and 2013, I come to think that not only do they record on a low difficulty, they probably also program the game the same way... :CONFUSE:

Because it's the easiest way to show off moves etc.

Everyone knowing that videos are made with lowest AI settings even though previous years had as bad AI as pre release videos: check

I think football game developers are obsessed with 'moves' - but I think I understand why (despite contradicting myself in my last post): that's what teh kidz want to see, don't they? Whereas we'd rather see a nice tactical build up that mirrors real football, teh kidz want to see Fifa Street.

I definitely agree, it mostly generates negative comments.

No, not just you. I think this is the reason behind my earlier comment about seeing too much PES2013 in these videos. Play doesn't look quite as free as I was perhaps expecting.

yep after seeing it up close im thinking of waiting until next gen to buy my next pes

I'm agree, really look and feel like PES 2013 with new... tricks and tactics .This videos are far from impression from E3 stage gameplay video ...
Perhaps is from terrible video edit and capture, the frame rate is really really bad. And this music.. i love house , but this is so amateurish, have nothing with the game and with the tutorials, looks like random picking track from the winamp play list.
Any way, i like the new first touch and quick tactics change . Still don't sure how all this passes will work but.. will see in 24 when demo come .

I'm sure when the demo arrives I will be quite happy with this game. I enjoyed PES2013 despite its failings.

PES rarely comes across well in videos, something which has always been the case.

We really need to play this game. With every day that passes without a demo, more doubt is setting in. This isn't helped by Konami's amateurish PR and presentation skills.

I think the game will be fine. Youtube footage and high level of compression tend to make stuff look worse. Maybe it is time to utilize Twitch.tv with their low compression and 60 frame rate per second features.

There seems to a noticeable difference in quality between the daytime and nighttime lighting for me, maybe it's an issue of resolution and video quality. The daytime lighting looks superb and marks a real difference with PES2013 but the nighttime ... It looks a bit (too much ?) like PES2013

Yeah mate, but .. i really do not like PES 2013 so much . This game make me so mad by so many reasons , i really do not want PES 2013 v.2
Maybe what why Asim was so unhappy with the game, maybe he realize that is PES 2013 powered by FOX engine !?
All other what you say i'm complete agree.

Nor do I mate, I agree with you. I like PES2013 but it has many annoyances. I'm sure PES2014 will deal with many of those problems.

In the end I'm not expecting the perfect football game, but I am expecting a revolution this year. After all, Konami themselves have made a big deal of the new engine.

Like I said, don't listen to people feedback unless it makes valid points. It should not break the game... But here, feedback, just brought PES 2013 nightmares back...

Great job if they mess up what was looking so promising on E3...

Frame-rate Issues? Elaborate.

The scariest thing is that I don't really see much of PES2013 there, but I do see a lot of FIFA13, eg. players position themselves and rotating with floaty looking animations.
