If konami do again the Demo 1 and 2 thing it will be a big mistake. They should release one demo only.

IMO i prefer no demo this time, just taste the full game like old times and stop the irritating Demo 1 VS Demo 2 VS Full Game comparisons, that's annoying and harmful for our health.

When I said "it's the Demo one" I wasn't referring to a first version from a series of Demos. I was actually talking about the build of the demo. That's why I said "I hope THAT build is the Demo's one". Sorry if I wasn't clear enough or I misspelled something.

this comment will got lost in all of the hype and I am a year behind anyway haha.

been playing fifa since 08 , prior to that used to be pes since the iss days.

I have played some pes13 with jenky patch and some HD graphics patch on the PC and I think it tries to play football the right way.

fifa to me has always been to easy to play slaggy, I call it slaggy because people can pick it up and button mash and play like slags.

I play full manual on fifa and manual v manual on fifa is very good.

I am not sure what assisted is like of pes13 and if it can be exploited like fifa on assisted controls.

I jumped straight into full manual controls on pes13 and I have been enjoying it, you can see konami have not forgot their roots with this series.

I have to break my fifa playing mold to appreciate pes13 which I have done so slightly, although I fear due to pes14 not having a club mode I will get it for 1v1 and fifa for clubs with all my mates I think I may end up being crap at both games. I am pretty good on fifa but have gone worse since playing pes.
completely different playing styles, which isn't a bad thing

I am defiantly giving pes a chance this yea, online is important to me so hope they can improve on that.

pes with club mode would be really good, suppose that is not going to happen this year...

Why is it always have to be FIFA OR PES?.
Why can't you all watch Barcelona AND Real Madrid matches and like them?

I've played PES AND FIFA for the last year. I like both. I found good stuff in both.

I like FIFA because it allows me to do what I picture in my head. You just have to know when and how to press the buttons. It's about timing and combinations.

I like PES 2013 because it's got a certain unpredictability in it, and to be honest I liked its graphics over FIFAs, with a bit of tweaking.

For a long time i just being a silent reader, wow I can not hide now the expression and appreciation of friends who are in this forum. Great contributions and opinions from the member and there is better moderator option to make some comment, I believe now that evo-web is the best forum for PES lovers. Where each expectation now is immediate publication of the PES 2014 demo. I can not wait to play it ;)

Sorry. Even though I quoted YOUR post, I was using it to pinpoint something that's been bothering me for a long time. It's a general issue. Again, I insist, I used your post to state a point, nothing else.

There will be an 11v11 mode in PES14.

Anyway, behold the comparison:

The only reason I don't give a F about Asim's impressions, nor Nesa's is because I actually liked PES 2013.
And that makes me not give a F about your view of Asim and Nesa's impressions.

The default gameplay of PES 2013 was a mess! It was impossible to score 1-on-1 versus the keeper, crossing had been rendered useless, shooting sucked, your forwards didn't make proper runs to support the attack, AI cheat was outrageous on both defense and offense....I can't see how anyone who appreciates the sport would have enjoyed that game. It's funny how some of the fanboys jumping on Nesa have been the same people who liked the pile of crap that was PES 2013.

Both Nesa and Yair made definite changes to passing, shooting, player runs and other aspects. They couldn't fix everything and that has a lot more to do with how many problems the original gameplay had, but to dismiss their work as "placebo" because "you didn't feel it" is nonsense.

direct quoting could mean you were talking directly to me.

anyway, I could comment on why you are so quick to comment and judge peoples posts based on a conversation on pes and fifa.

as if both are spoken in the same sentence you are automatically judgemental over people comparing or competing against each other.

that is as bad as the fan boys flaming the other product.

I simply want a football game that resembles real life as much as a simulation can

that means 11v11, controlling a player while I play with 10 other humans, competing against other people online and having a decent platform to play on such as realistic controls, such as manual

to me that is as close as putting my socks on and going outside and getting dirty.

I don't care if it is pes, fifa or some unknown alien game. I couldn't care about who drives it. I will play it

well you should point that out so we know :P

but i know what Rivals is saying, and that IS a big reason why people do not play both games simultaneously. because once you get used to pes you lose skill at fifa, so then you need to play fifa a lot to get good... but then you become bad at pes

this is why people often stick to one for long periods of time. maybe they will try both demos, read reviews etc to try out, but generally once people get settled with a game they stick with it

It's alright buddy. I respect your opinion. There are lots of people who didn't enjoy PES 2013. I did. Not a FAN of it, but I did enjoy it.

I see you man. However I don't understand why you still take it personally when I've clrearly stated that I wasn't snapping at you. I just wanted to emphasize what I think about people not being able to enjoy both games.

i understand your point of view completely. but its funny that you (and almost everyone) will argue about "this is good/bad" when they play the game totally differently. going by your post i am sure you are an offline assisted player, is that right?

see, what you maybe spend hours playing the game pes 2013, i do the same, but i play a completely different game because i play manual controls vs human players. completely different game for completely different tastes, but under the same name of 'pes'

And Lami, about TimeViewer…
“TeamViewer is a proprietary computer software package for remote control, desktop sharing, online meetings, web conferencing and file transfer between computers. The software operates with the Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux, iOS, Android, Windows RT and Windows Phone operating systems. It is also possible to access a machine running TeamViewer with web browser. While the main focus of the application is remote control of computers, collaboration and presentation features are included.”
This is fricking wiki quote!
TimeViewer is not YouTube you know?

lol.. and? I know what teamviewer is.

Maybe you just suck at playing PES 2013. Apart from the AI scripting all of your points are invalid.

100% agree. We need one demo but solid! Two demos were stupid move from Konami.

No, maybe you're just a fanboy:) I've heard this "you suck" argument from people who then posted their own gameplay vids and it turned out they played kick-and-chase football like a 12 year old.

I could understand if some people only play against human competition, but offline against the CPU, all the things I've been talking about like the poor off-the-ball runs, the keepers saving every 1-on-1s and many other problems were addressed in length on the editing boards and Yair and Nesa made several patches to improve those areas. Your argument is childish.

I agree. Provolone points makes no sense to me, maybe he plays a style totally different from mime...

I never had problems scoring 1-on-1 versus the keeper, neither the shooting have problems for me, not if you try to shoot with a good position and with no pressure from a defender.

I also disagree that the forwards don´t join the attack, they do that pretty much if you change the att/def levels and if you don´t try to run like a maniac for the attack field every time you get the ball.

For me he simply did not have enought will to learn how to defend and attack and still tries to play like stone age PES5 and PES6, where all you needed to do was pressure and run and shoot from anywhere.

Maybe a game where you have to think to play against the AI, like PES 2013, is not for Mr. Provolone...

Erm no? Play vanilla patch, no changes to the exe. Including blur. Play how the last patch was intended to play. Do global stats editing and put on klashman formations to AI teams.

Play on Professional/Top player difficulty. Enjoy.

The difference between this and 1.00 version of the game are IMMENSE. Couldn't believe PES 2013 could play out like that.

If you do some changes to the exe, being very very touchy as a program (Pro Evolution Soccer is not complicated, but code structure is a total MESS). Change one thing and whole thing can go tits up (not exactly PES here, but talking about stuff we do at work :D).

It's the same for FIFA and such. One more thing to take notice of: Cracked software/games. Cracking involves breaking game code in one way or another disabling/overwriting protection algorithms.

I stopped doing this shit. After finding out on ONE game that crack can MESS UP GAMEPLAY massively! (I bet some people saw that few times and never doubted the "cracking" team).

If you're into it or want to know how some stuff works, I recommend getting hands on snd tutorial. It comes with ALL stuff you may ever need to know.

Google it up.

yes
1.03 is much better

experience is worse than ever
Controls arent working and there are huge delay and miscontrol
Cant go into details becouse i made i promise not to.
Soon all will see what i am writing about

If what you saw was indeed pes2014 it's probably from an early code. Any control issues probably are dealt with in later development stages. It sounds like you saw a prealpha version.
