I must agree with
F D B. I tried yair/nesa patches (all of them!) and never really felt much changed.
Like I posted in nesa thread with his ported PES5 gameplay to PES 2013, placebo effect.
Sorry, but I did some programming when I was IT student(10 years ago now

) and from experience I know that changing offsets or debugging code with Olly/IDA is not very efficient with newer games/programs. It works fine with games from 1999-2005 though (newer programs/games can use x64 instructions which can be fun to debug

).
Now if someone had access to Source Code it would be way different matter. Reverse Engineering is however, prohibited and reversing exe and dlls back to C/C++ language is impossible task...
To yair - you said that jenkey did exactly what you and nesa did, but gave us the options. Well, I definitely felt and saw the changes with jenkey tool. Not only that, he did stadium server, adboard server and other brilliant stuff for the game. I wonder if jenkey is not somehow involved with KONAMI/PES or he is really great programmer (probably has Master Degree in it?)

.
Also I would like to advise some people not to listen to nesa propaganda. Using Olly/Hex Editing whatever, I could see FIFA13 having very very old code from FIFA 06 in it. Same goes for FIFA 11 on PC, but how did that game play in the end? AMAZING.
I don't have doubts here. Demo should remove a lot of fears people have now. PES 2014 is new start and imo it cannot be much worse than any PES released between 2007-2012 (PES 2008-PES2013).
If the game does not impress, people will put their anger back at KONAMI big time. Broken promises can hurt people badly. KONAMI should know that already, no? (maybe pummeling of sales will make them start to THINK, finally?)
I did not mean to hurt anyone feeling here. Just venting my feelings after agitating week of work
