Is anyone else having trouble switching players with the right stick? How do we switch players when defending?
Also GKs are still a bit dodge. Better than last year tho

All right, played 8 games. Fully manual vs top player. Lost one to Germany as Portugal. 0-2. Won one as Germany vs Italy. 1-0. The rest of the games were scoreless draws.

Right away the difference between PES 2013 and 2014 is obvious. Totally different games. Goalkeepers are very good, they could use a bit more awareness with through balls over the top, but they mostly covered their spots well. De Gea saved me way too many times from Bayern. One thing that concerns me is that despite playing in top player in Manual, the AI barely scored.

I've always been a possession player, passing it around biding my time for a goal. But when I got my hands on England vs Spain, I immediately realized I would be better off playing on the counter than trying to keep the ball. Spain beat me 65% to 35% in possession, but I had 3 more shots on goal than them. So that was very neat, being able to play defensively.

Love the Offside trap button on the D-pad it is excellent. Loved crossing the ball early, the ball had some real weight on it. Loved playing with Riquelme, while slow, so incredibly gifted with his passing, and that shines through.

I barely got many shots off, so I can't really comment on it, but I did have this one play with Ronaldo where I went past Howedes, turned inside, and took a very realistic looking shot, only for Neuer to send it over the bar for a corner.

The best out of all of this though, the physical interactions. You can feel the power of Balotelli, fighting for second chance on a lost Ball. You know that with a guy as strong as him, you can power yourself right back on the ball to get a shot off. The midfield tackles look very lifelike and you feel the push as you use someone like Carrick who is comfortable on the ball, but Javi Martinez is pushing you off. The struggle in that moment feels very natural. Sliding tackles are also very useable, and when timed right, the satisfaction is immense.

All in all a very great effort from Konami, really enjoying it, and I look forward to the final version. Hopefully even.

I have 1 question. Will I be able to play it on my Xbox(I can play only original games). Or i must have RGH?

I'm glad I didn't waste money buying a PS3 controller. The Xbox Gods shine upon us today, boys! 68% complete.

Does this demo allow substitutions?
