If you read the text properly, the license info is clearly visible, and is only taken from what has been revealed, and what is likely to be. There is no secret info. There was a video someone uploaded showing some licensed teams that werent announced yet (Legia Warsaw for example)

YouTube - PES 2014 - Santos FC vs. Colo-Colo -- gamescom 2013 - First Play Found a vid I hadn't seen. Keepers look like they are on lowest difficulty. Some epic saves are made in other vids. That is ONE SEXY VID THOUGH. I am sure most of those goals in the compilation are on low difficulty. The vid I just posted had goals in the compilation. In that same vid you can see the CPU making massive errors and mistrapping the ball which led to the fourth goal. It is very clearly not on the highest difficulty setting.

I honestly don't know why you lads even bother engaging in a conversation (if you can even call it that on Twitter) with him. Just be patient and let news and game come.

Definitely nice to see more passion/emotion added in cutscenes etc, often lacks things like players responding to not being passed to when someone shoots wildly etc.

Especially if "Heart" is going to play a big part in the game. I want to see tempers being frayed, adds to the feel of watching a televised match.

I wonder if it will be "back to the old argument about referees never playing at this level"

I should imagine the majority of these games are played on an amature level to showcase the skills part of the game. Playing on higher levels where player pressure is increased doesn't allow people who are playing this code for the first time to really show off much of the game.

Like I've said previously. I think they're bad player faces without final editing. You've seen when they've showcased certain player faces (e.g. Carrack) that they're great because they've made final editing on those. No reason why they'd do an almost perfect Carrick but not bother with other well known players. Early code versions in the past have had some very generic player models too.
 
I would love to be able to score more free kicks on the keeper's side. By that I mean a huge percentage of FKs scored in both football games are shots over the wall, I have nothing against them but most people go for them because there is little to score on the keeper's side unless you use brute force.
That could work if the keeper have more human like reactions in their movement and more importantly try to anticipate a certain shot, move to get there but what do you know the taker put it on the (his ) other side. Not enough variety of FKs in football games IMHO.

I intend to buy this in sept but the keepers in the video where disturbing for the near post goals, hopefully a low skill level.

Equally disturbing was some of it looked quite ping pong and then pin point curling through ball..probably fully assisted passing
 
Do we need a PES2014 discussion thread in the pc PES section?

The trouble is, most of the promotion of the game is console based so us PC players have no choice but to come into this thread to talk about the game.

Seeing as the 360, PS3 and PC versions are essentially the same, should this thread be formally open to discussion of all three formats?
