Hm? There's a tiny bit of skating going on, but it looks like he's doing little stutter-steps as he squares up to the defender. Looks good to me.

We just need to wait for the masters come to enliven the experiment play PES 2014
Or should the KONAMI invited the bully rather than the amateurs to play PES and sample this game prior to launch to the public. And I'm sure will be a lot of positive feedback that followed include ...

i'm happy with this video, but someone mentioned he has a net patch to make it more realistic, then i'll be even more happy, that's what's missing, the net reaction is bad bad bad...

For all i know the gameplay was set to regular or beginner which maybe dubbed down the keeper, or it could be a general issue. We will have to wait and see.

For the first play, the keeper should had been made to come out anyway :)

I'm confident this will be sorted over time. keeper positioning is always an issue in all football games because the keepers need to be able to react realistically to the play infornt of them.

The fine balance takes time to achieve, you can't underwork it like we are seeing now, but we can overwork it so they become superman.

Its not actually a surprise to see keeper positioning issue since the game is much more free, with so many more instances happening, it will take time for the keeper to be able to cover every action.

The animations are about 90% there with keepers so as long as they are programmed enough they should be fine.

The amount of goal saving animation does not seem to be significant upgrade from 2013 by it looks so far.. however, it looks much more realistic than 2013. I think as long as they look and used appropriately at needed situation.. Then not much an issue..

Reaction/Chasing down on one on one situation, reaction on a chipped shot, early recovery after a save attempt are where i put my hope to be fixed really well..

I forgot in what version of PES/WE where the GK can slide to an incoming defender but he can adjust/change his hand position suddenly to tip the incoming shot.. anyone remember ?

More clarifying. 3rd kits DLC is as revealed in Gamescom trailer. Just 3 of them. The game itself will include a large variety of 3rd kits

I might have misunderstood it though, can't find the tweets. I did find a recent tweet though from gamescom where he has played both pes and next gen fifa and says that fifa has better gameplay.

Overall, next-gen FIFA 14 is better gameplay wise. Atmosphere is better in PES 2014.

yay for 3rd kits, but every team should have them (this is licensed teams imo)

Watch this everyone! It should in theory, the better more considered you play, the better the animations, what is absolutely fascination is how 90% of the play we have seen, most just don't know how to play very well or don't care, these two can play PES quite well, the animations look 10x times better here.

The issue with most videos is people are trying to kick and rush towards goal and are making tons and tons of mistakes. Certain animations won't be as cute as real life if you spam the ball towards goal.

I think this is the best video clip i have seen when it comes to build up play :)), although it seems that everyone is sprinting.

Once again though it is another half of football with no fouls. Sorry to keep going on about the no fouls, but there is nothing better than getting a free kick around the box (or even on the half way line) so that you can bring your defenders up and whip the ball into them at different angles. The only set pieces i am seeing is corners, goal kicks, and throw ins. :(
 
It's no secret Asim likes FIFA, he has no reason for not feeling positive for newest one since he can accept previous game just fine. Beside judging by his tweets, he is easily impressed by everything but PES.

Anyway he's in that position to make his judgement because he already tried both games. Might not a good news for his fans though. They can easily swayed by Asim's words.

last year they just put one kit for licensed team even there's slot for 2nd kit.

iv been following asims tweets as well, he didnt say gameplay was better, he said the players were more responsive on fifa NG than pes thats it.

On this stage, i don't have any reason to preorder the game. No any news about 11 vs 11 ,no news about any mode ,no demo for PC ... and pre-order in Bulgaria is just 3 euro down compere with original price .

They are only 5 minute games :)

Fouls on PES 2013 happened quite a bit, depends how you play and the formations.

These matches I've seen are all massively open because nobody has bother to check out the tactic, they have possession game and quick counter with massive high lines and teams are being opened up. Players are struggling to get to grips so they can tackle in the first place.

Too early for this, we need to judge if there are enough fouls in tighter games where both teams are at least setup properly or vs Superstar/Top Player.

Balance is the key, i liked PES 5's foul system, thing is, every game was like that. Balance.
 
these vids look good, i was going to buy a PS4 this year but I think now ill just update my 560ti and keep my PC until next year andd hope this game is moddable
 
11 vs 11 confirmed. If they include filters for passing and shooting this is the critical point for me to switching back once and for all to PES. I really hope they do it!
