Im curious if anybody have the same problem

while playing a game of offline with mates

it often happens that the game will stutter like grazy, I there a way to fix this

im playing on a xbox360
 
This happens me aswell don't know why nearly unplayable when it happens tried hard reset of Xbox and stops it for a while
 
There were the same things with fifa 2010 i remember also. There, the problem was the Hitachi hard drives, and happens when the xbox try to read the sound files of the fans, when scoring a goal.
