have you by any chance abandoned the idea of making your "thirteen" patch the official patch for use with the PC version?Yes!, and I'm working on our patch right now. It's basically the original PES 2013 season, but with licensed teams, kits, players, and balls.
that would be greatDoes patched PC game can play vs PS3 clean game players?!?

In my opinion, it's all subjective. What's better for one might not be for someone else.Just a suggestion, when you are already making a patch for PES 2013 online play, you can make it with slower gamespeed and better camera angle, better gameplay, etc. if it's possible (I am sure it is). It doesn't have to be a ping pong game and you are not KONAMI, so why not making it enjoyable for playing? With all the respect for making the online server, but I don't see a point if you are not using mods to improve the game.
I hope you can consider. Thanks in advance
Server works like that it only pairs if ppl share same setup if not it shows incompatible datapack error. In my opinion, it's all subjective. What's better for one might not be for someone else.
Everyone can install a patch and play locally but personally, for online features (and not only), I prefer the original / vanilla experience.
I just share this to show the fact everyone has different expectations.
In an ideal world, we could select our preferred setup and play vs. the ones sharing the same tastes.
