There is a short movie by Konami where from 4:53 you can see PSP info.
Two new gamemode are "Legends Tournament" and "World Player".
Legends Tournament mode is only for PSP and World Player mode is for PSP and PS2.
You can play a game as a famous real football hero(world player).
