PES 2011 Discussion thread

Ah, unlicenced teams can indeed be edited.

No international teams can have kits, badge or team name edited though.

Not sure how many player slots 2010 had, but there's 160 slots for creating new players as well.

@DagsJT: Did you somewhere found where the players attitude can be edited?

( see yellow circle below. You should be able to change that )

Attitude? As in whether they're defensive or attacking?

If so, yep. There's DEF, DEF+, EQL, OFN and OFN+.

About kits, if they're licensed kits then you shouldn't be able to edit them, only licensed ones, right? That's how it always was.

And stadiums, I was always able to change stadiums of unlicensed teams as well. I'd go into team edit, then click on stadium and change it. I just can't believe that has changed? Are you sure Dags? What's the point of creating them then?

The odd thing is that the stadium option isn't greyed out, but when I select it, the only thing I can do it browse the 25 stadiums in the game. X doesn't do anything, triangle resets the stadium you're looking at to the default one for the team, and circle goes to the previous screen.

This is with Arsenal as well. Can't select a different stadium for the fake PES teams either. I can't be doing it wrong, there's nothing to do wrong :LOL: It's straightforward, go into the team on the edit screen, select stadium, and it shows you an image of the stadiums and you can scroll through them or reset it back to the default. That's it.

Yep, but there's not too many fouls (especially compared to the demo, where fouls were non-stop) so it's not too much of a problem. Might be able to turn off replays but I haven't checked.

So we create stadiums, and can't assign them to teams. Defeats the purpose? Are we supposed to look at them only? I don't get this.

@ Dags, Lastly, just how bad is the green zone bug int he full game?

Also I'll take your word about the stadiums, seems very, very strange i have to say :CONFUSE: !

I thought that the stadium creator was for MLO rather than an editing feature, I never expected to be able to assign created stadia to teams in edit mode... Still a shame though.

No, it looks like we can't even change the stadium for a team. When going to the "Stadium Local" (as it says in Spanish), it shows you a picture of the stadium the team uses currently. You can browse left or right, set it to the default and that's it. Nothing else, no buttons to change the stadium being used.

Green Zone bug is what it is really, you can jog and the CPU just stands off you. It's not a gamebreaker IMO, but it's there.

Yeah, they are mad scientist/nutty professor type people! They are very prone to daftness! and have been in almost every PES!

I remember back when they whole 'player rebirth' thing came about in Master League, i just couldn't get over it! Why could they just do what FIFA did, change the 'reborn' players name and disable his face/ give hima generic one?
 
Epic fail if you cant assign created stadiums. First the Copa Libertadores crap and now this. I hope its not true.
 
Why not Rob? All that had to be done was add them to the list of created stadiums to choose from. They're in the database anyway.

Something must be wrong.
