PES 2009 patches for Xbox 360. Safe?

I just got myself my copy of PES 2009. I've found a couple of patches that will allow me to have full bundesliga and some other kits without having to import an option file (don't have the Xsata stuff).

But, is it safe to apply patches to it? I mean, I'm modifying the information within the disk. Have any of you people ever done this and not got banned from Xbox Live?

Thanks for any feedback.
 
If your console is modified, and it must be to use patches, so you have the risk to be banned. Just don´t come crying if it happens, you knew the risks when you modified your xb360.
