PES 2008 system requirments RELEASED

How screwed am I?

Intel Pentium 4 2.4ghz
2GB RAM
and the real kicker a Radeon 9600.

I can run PES6 on full settings and max resolution, with HD kits and stuff really smoothly but looks like my graphics card won't be enough for 08 (unless I really kill the graphic settings).

Ok i open a new topic.

Geforce MX is not supported!

Uhm I think it will run also with pixel shader 2.0 seen that video cards as atix800 and 9800 are supported.

I don´t understand how a NextGen game can be played with a GeForce 3 or GeForce4 TI, or even ATI 8500... really weird since nextgen games require Pixel Shader 3.0 and those graphic boards don´t even support Pixel Shader 2.0... it´s 1.4... let´s wait and see. By the way, I have an Intel 945GM graphic card, with 128 MB PCI-express 16x. Do you think the game can run?

its because certain graphical settings (Lighting, texture quality, amount of polygons per player) can be lowered or turned off on Pc games, which will allow the game to be run on lower end graphics cards. and no pes08 wont run on your intel onboard mate.

Why mate? :( PES 6 runs with full detail

Cheers, Looks like I will be ok on minimum settings,

yay! i can play on minimum, i didnt think my radeon 9000 would run it or my 2.1GHz processor :p

but i am getting a new graphics card, which is in teh recommended spec bracket :D shame the processor and ram will hold me down

to be honest on min. settings its gonna look better than the pes6 :)

I am playing the newly released PES8 DEMO ON AN NVIDIA GEFORCE MX440

using 3D Analyze as usual.

It flows as smooth as silk.

Has anyone played PC games on Mac with Parallel virtual machine running Windows?
I have MacBook Pro laptop with following specs:
Model Name: MacBook Pro
Model Identifier: MacBookPro3,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz
Memory: 2 GB
Bus Speed: 800 MHz
Chipset Model: GeForce 8600M GT
VRAM (Total): 256 MB

I want to add XP on Parallels VM in addition to 2000 just for this game
I have never played games on Mac, in fact the only game I play is PES on PSP. I will definitely get PES for PSP but I also want to get it for the Mac if it is playable.
Can someone enlighten me on Mac running Windows VM gaming experience in general and PES in particular.

Well guys, I have a question and I hope you are willing to help me :)

I recently bought a laptop. Tought it was good, and it is actually. Only NOT for playing PES2008 with his next-gen graphics!! Well, it's not that bad, i can play @ 1024x768 on medium. The 'play' from the cam on the pitch works smooth. But when there is a cutscene or even a replay, my laptop can't handle it anymore and everything goes in slomotion and everything's stuttering! :(

On low settings it works easily, but I refuse to play in a stadium without croud!:mrgreen:

This are my specs:

Acer Aspire 7000
AMD Sempron 3400+, 1,80GHz
767 MB RAM
Nvidia Geforce Go 6100

The question is: which part do I have to replace to get an nice, smooth performance at the medium settings? It doesn't have to be the highest settings, but I just want to play it easily WITH crowd and a little bit of quality :)

I'm a lot over the minimum requirments, but my sound card is onboard the P5K Asus motherboard. Will PES 2008 run without a problem?

Will I be able to run the game on high settings?

NVIDIA® Geforce 8600M GT 512MB
Intel C2 DUO T7200 2,0GHz
2048MB Ram

Everyone who could run PES 6 (even with minimum settings) can run PES 2008. My Graphics Board is shit and I can run both.

run ≠ play

PES6 at 1280x1024 middle ok,
but 08 at 1024x768 low .... :puke:

...time for me to get a new card.

What´s your card? I´ve read that the fact you can´t change the detail level it´s a bug, because some guys using good graphic card had the same problem. I expect this to be fixed in final version.

GeF 5600, AMD 2600 (1,9ghz) , 1,5gb Ram

(new card/cpu this/next month for full hd tv , not just pes ;) )

My configuration:

CPU: AMD AthlonXP 2500+
RAM: 768 MB
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 128 MB

I play perfectly with low details.

Better than nothing :D

same here,

I've got

Intel Pentium 4 HT 3,0Ghz
2gb of RAM,
ati radeon 9800 pro

the 08 demo slows down a little at medium details  is there any hope that the full version will run better? considering the system requirements 08 should definately run smoothly at medium settings...
