Pes 2008 settings & fps..

I cann't paly @ 1920x1200 with 16x AF. (setting : high)

I got 60 overall with DEMO.

I have 60fps @ day time. But fps dropped to 50 fps @ night-game, sometimes too many slowdowns in play.

7.7, 7.8, 7.9, 7.10 version drivers were useless to enhance the fps.
(of course, at new installed xp sp2)

Should I change my vga card?

Is there anybody who always get 60 fps with 1950pro at 1920x1200 of high option?


my specs:
CPU : Athlon X2 4200
RAM : 2x1GB DDR2 dual channel
VGA : ATI 1950pro DDR3 256MB
OS : xp sp2 32bit

i have x850xt and have 60fps during gameplay on 1440x900(medium). Your card should handle it too. Try to play with Vsync and frameskipping in settings.exe
 
im getting a constant 75fps in game , at 1280x1024 high detail and vsynch on.


System quad core e6600 , 2 gig of 6400 ram and a geforce 8600gts .

pentium iv 3.2ghz
1024mb RAM
nVidia geforce 7300
running at 960 x 720 on medium detail
wait for vsync and frame skipping on
average of 47fps

try to untick wait for vsync and ``force off vsync `` from the nvdia control panel
 
Guys, i have a Dual Core 1.83, 1 GB ram, ATI x1600 pro. Philips CRT monitor.
I'm getting 45-50 during game, and 15 in the replays.
Can i get best results configuring catalyst?
What should i change there? (Since don't be vga card itself :))) )
 
I experience both slowdowns and low FPS on high settings above 1024x768 and it's getting really frustating. Does anyone know if its possible to make it better somehow?

My specs are: Core 2 Duo 2Ghz, 3gb ram, 8600M GT

hi i have 75fps too,the game runs so smooth but i think it is too fast,i noticed that 60fps gives the best speed 75fps is definitely too fast :(
How to reduce the fps?

You have to change the monitor refreshrate to 60Hz! Try it with ATI Control Center or the nvidia-setup.

i have the same specs like u ukextremist but the game slowdowns on some ares on the pitch with max settings and 1280x1024 why? please help

i have the same problem...after some 20/30 minutes in game it begins to use more the cpu, and then i start to get lots of slowdowns. It sucks
 
Right, here's my system:

Chipset : Intel i945P
Processor : Intel Pentium D 945 @ 3400 MHz
Physical Memory 2048 MB (4 x 512 DDR2-SDRAM )
Video Card : Nvidia Corp GeForce 7600 GT
Hard Disk : ARRAY (160 GB)

Now in game @ 1280 X 768 (medium setting) the game runs @ 60 FPS, and about 35-40 FPS in the replays. I have install a "modded" driver to try and up the framerate in the replays, but with no luck. The main menu and loading screens "lag" really badly as well. Any ideas as to why?

It seems to me like a patch will have to be released for the game, as it hasn't been optimized very well........


EDIT: Would it be possible to get people who are running a 7600GT video card to post their Nvidia Control Panel settings to help me see if I have the card set up wrong? Many thanks :)

if we put 16x AA is it better to play pes than 8x AA? or it will be to fast? basically i want to avoid some slowdowns it has sometimes.
 
ive just got the game and it runs pretty good although not perfect , its a bit jumpy when a long ball is played and can be sore on the eyes jumpy/stutter is the only way i can explain but when i turn the low,med,high settings to low it plays fine but there is no crowd , any1 know what i could do to get the best out of this game settings wise

also i get an error when trying network game , tells me

an error has ocurred

i have pro evo 6 and that connects fine and my net connection is fine so why not this game , is it online yet ?
 
wait till monday. it is said that there are projects on making pes2008 online have no lag at all. i wonder if they can achieve it :/ it will be a great improvement in pes if there's no online lag.
