PES 2008 PSP - any impressions?

Well the delay maube good news...if it's a good version i respect them for the delay...they should have done the same with PES2008...
 
we2008 for psp is now out and in this version you can edit the kits this time.still just the one stadium tho!!
 
Did they finally fix the #1 issue from last year (players didn't age and their stats didn't increase/decrease - this killed Master League mode)?
 
There's still no online play, but it plays better than pes 6 in my opinion, it seems to "flow" better. Still a bit of slowdown though. There's an option to use data from winning eleven 10, for an option file, anyone know where I could find this?
 
The english option in the game, does that change everything to english?
I'd hate to play master league in japanese.
