PES 2008 PC specs Question

Ok, So pes6 runs smooth on my pc but 2008 is shit, replays are laggy as hell and im not too happy with it.

So what sort of graphics card do u need to play thins game now? my pc spec is:

AMD sempron(tm) processor
2800+
1.60ghz 1gb ram and i have a nivadia geforce fx 5600 graphics card.

would a 512MB NVIDIA SPARKLE 7300GT U2 AGP card be any good? Only want to pay about £50 to £70 for one.

Thanks

Urgh, dont get a 7300 if you intend to use if for gaming. Its a budget card used by manufacturors like Dell.

If you can spend £50-£70, go for something much better than 7300, such as the 8500 or a HD2600 Radeon. The 2600 can be got for around £60 at some smaller dealerships.

Your Processer isnt very good either. To deal with the games coming out at the moment you need a dual core if you want a smooth experience.

You could easily get a budget dual core and a half decent graphics card capable of running PES08 on high for under £100, and be able to play newer games to.

you effectivly need a new PC to run on high, you will need a new processor, new motherboard, this will mean you have to change your ram to DDR2, then you will need to get a new gfx card, id recommend you get an 8800GT best bang for buck card atm, this lot will set you back about £300 - £350. sorry m8 thats the price of pc gaming for you.

Don't recommend an 8800 series gfx card, lol. He clearly doesn't want to spend 150+ on gfx just to play on high. 8600GT or X1950GT are fine for that, like 50-60 squid. Just because you're rich, doesn't mean everyone else is.

your processor will be the bottleneck of your gaming limits.

so dont go splashing out huge amounts of money on a high end video card when you cant use it to its full potential.

8600GT or 8600GTS would do fine for your computer.

hi i had a new computer yesterday, it has these specs:
pentium core duo 3,00 Ghz processor
1Gb ram ddr2
320 Gb hard drive S-Ata
About the grafic card i couldn't get the 8800 GT unavailable in morocco for the moment so i got the geforce 7300 GT(the best i can get right now)
i instaled pes2008 and the game ran smoothly with no lags during the game nor during replays on settings like these: 1024*768, high level of details and frame skipping activated.
but i noticed that the game is getting slower game after game and i can't understand why, i switched the settings to medium level of details and it ran smooth again no slowdowns no lags .
the problem is why my game ran first very smooth and then became to get slower and slower ?
any answer could be helpful and thanks.

This is probably either things in the background (anti virus, firewall) or your PC getting a bit hot. You also have a small amount of RAM for that processor. I'd buy another GB if its available.

I'm using geforce 7300 GT too. But I cannot set it to high quality. It says "the setting cannot be reflected due to the video card's specification". Anyone knows why?

My computer specs:
amd x2 3800+
1gb ddr2 ram
geforce 7300gt

I believe that this is becuase High settings use 3.0 pixel shaders, but your card only uses 2.0

Download Kitserver and you can override this to get high settings - do it at your own risk though.

he is limited to AGP which means its not worth spending any money on it, buying and AGP card these days is a total waste of money, its better value for money doing the full upgrade than throwing money at an old system.

That system is more than enough darkhoul. You should have no probs running the game on highest settings.

I tried using kitserver to force medium details on GF6600. In offline it works, but online it is still low setting. Anyone knows why? Is there anyway to force medium settings to work in online as well? Thx

could i force medium settings at 640x480 on an ati 9200 with kitserver?? would it work at all??? i know u need PS 2.0 to run medium settings... but maybe someone else did this experiment to play at medium settings on a non ps 2.0 card.

Hi! I have a x2 4200+ dual core, 2gb ram and i'm using a Xfx 8500 gt 512 mb, am i able to run the game in high settings ? thx
