PC- PES 2011 online slowdowns

Hi I have tried to play online with pes 2011 but i have massive random slowdowns with everyone i play. PES 2010 was working fine instead without lag or slowdowns. My connection is fastweb:

Can you help me please? I have tried everything also disabling firewall and antivirus and everything that uses an internet connection.
 
Well, slowdowns do happen...But rarely and are not harmful, during the average match. At least to me (I have Telecom Alice 7 mb).
Although I have to say that my connection is set to fast ping-wise...
