PC Pes 06 Help

Hi everyone

Installed pes 06 on the pc and having offline lagging issues.
My pc is up to date have no problems running pes 10 1920x1200.
Weird seems well laggy when playing offline.As soon as i kick off there is 2 second pauses between passes in game play any ideas.
