Do you know the processor you currently have in your system?
so for instance i3-3210 etc, that way would know the generation of processor or better still the motherboard model number
Graphics card would depend on budget, but you can easily pick up a half decent 980 or 1070 for £150, which will be more than adequate if your only gaming in HD and nothing higher.
