Paul√ / Paulv2k4 FC26 Gameplay Mod v6+ (The fun and realistic mod by a FIFA/FC Veteran) - TU1.6.1

Thanks for the quick updates!👌
Yes, at first the ball would bounce way off the players when it first touched them or when it accidentally bounced there, but now it’s much better. Obviously, there should still be a difference in how a player with a 60-65 OVR handles the ball compared to one with an 80-90 OVR.

I left out one small thing: the offside rule.... The ref almost never calls it back when there was a foul and it’s unclear who will get the ball—of course, the ref doesn’t call it back when it’s not me. It’s just a minor detail, of course—referees make mistakes in real life too, so it’s not that big of a deal. 🙂

I’ll test this new update tonight to see how it turned out.
The main thing is that someone is working on it, and since the PES series is… well, you know…😕 At least we can enjoy soccer with FIFA mods!🫶

After a few matches, I have to say I’ve played some really fun, varied, and tough games. It was enjoyable, and the difficulty level was just right.

However, the AI hasn’t committed a single foul, even though I maxed out the sliders to 99—nothing 😅 So I need to find a middle ground somehow, because it’s weird that they aren’t committing any fouls. As a result, there won’t be any injuries either, unfortunately....

The other thing I noticed is that passing feels a little different—I think it’s a step in the right direction—but when I barely press the pass button and the player is just a few meters in front of me, the ball barely starts rolling... You can get used to it, but when you want to pass a little faster, you have to hold the pass button down harder and longer, but by then they’ve already taken the ball away.

So it’s much better than it was, but the AI fouls should be brought back because they’re currently missing 🙂

We’re looking forward to the update! Thank you!

On the intercept first touches:
I preferred them being a little more random and dramatic but I am testing it with them a little less and then increasing to a level where its random rather than all of the time

The idea of randomness when receiving a pass is brilliant. In previous versions, I encountered random situations due to the ball's freedom of movement and unexpected bounces.

Perhaps the level of randomness could be adjusted based on player stats, making that margin shorter.

For example, with Messi, I've had cases where he intercepted passes from a meter away, and the rebound was incredibly long. Conversely, a 60-meter air ball could be perfectly controlled by a player with a low average rating.
