Patches wont exe

Problem is when i install them and go to execute they hang and computer locks up.Have tried most of the main patches still the same problem.
The orginal game with out patching runs fine.
Can fix most things but this has me stuck.

when executing them, have u tried waiting withotu touchign anythign else on the computer?

sometimes after executing these PES patches the computer looks locked up for even 2 or 3 minutes before re-appearing and getting installed...
 
yea will give that a go, but i had one of the patches( PESUK 1.5) working for about a week,then went to play it again and it would,nt execute,the actual exe file is like a shell it hasnt filled with colours if you know what i mean and the egg timer just sits running and i cant click into anything else anyway,could it be a hardware/software problem?
Have tried a few other patches and its the same problem the exe file is non responsive.
 
Have you tried turning off your anti-virus. I had the same problem then turned of Mcafee and every thing worked a treat.

Was thinking of trying that Smudge but was finding it hard to turn it off dont see an option on it.Will try this morning but i think you could be right about Mcafee.
