OFs on xbox 360?

I no the is many treads with stuuff on how to use option files on xbox 360 but can someone tell me how to put them on your xbox 360 for pes6. Me xbox 360 is downstairs and me pc is upsatirs how do you do it from here?

you cant you need an xsata , take your xbox 360 to your pc plug it in via xsata/usb, transfer from pc GUI...

Somebody needs to have the image of the save file on their memory card to upload it for that to work.

you no with using the xsata thing does your 360 have to be pluged in to your tv.
