Yes. The Portuguese Federation has already gave a declaration of "Public Interest" on the courts. Now, if Gil Vicente insists in staying at the Superliga, it will be suspended from all portuguese profissional competitions, but if Gil Vicente go to the European courts, Portugal may be suspended by FIFA... F*** Gil Vicente!!!
