Faye (Portsmouth) to Aston Villa for £2 Million. He's supposedly passed a medical.

J. Redknapp free to leave Tottenham. He'll possibly join up with his dad at Southampton.

ive not heard much of him in years and im a bit concered we want a 33 year old centre back, anyone know if he's any good?

Olivier Bernard (newcastle), Shabani Nonda (As Monaco) and Adrian Mutu to juve on a free transfer the upcoming summer, very probable transfers.

Bernard might join juve in january, but he won't be for free then.

I can see Juve selling Trezeguet at the end of the year, IF Mutu AND Nonda join.

So you were right all along Foxtrot...
Very bad move for both player and club IMHO...
I really like Buffel, but he is a very small player, i don't think Scottish football will suit him...
I hope i'm mistaken though...
I will regularly ask how he is doing Foxtrot, i hope you don't mind...

Not at all. He could make his debut vs Celtic this Sunday. Here's hoping he doesn't shite himself.

And he's the same height at Nacho Novo... Rangers top scorer this season with 14 goals in the league so far.

Blackburn have signed New Zealand captain Ryan Nelsen from US side DC United on a free transfer.

The 27 year-old impressed in trials with Rovers, and has been offered an 18-month contract.

Nelsen is a centre-half who can also operate in midfield, and has twice been voted into the All-Star side during his spell in the United States.

The deal comes after Rovers captured South African skipper Aaron Mokoena from Belgian club Racing Genk.

les ferdinand has left bolton for championship outfit reading after snubbing southampton. this is interesting because it seems sir les has decided to aid reading's push for top flight rather than trying to keep the saints out of the basement of the premier league. southampton have already slightly bolstered their roster with the addition of the manager's son jamie redknapp and calum davenport

Blackburn have signed New Zealand international captain Ryan Nelsen.

The 27-year-old defender impressed in trials with the Barclays Premiership club and has been offered an 18-month contract at Ewood Park.

He arrives on a free transfer from Major Soccer League side DC United and can also play in midfield.

Nelsen has been an international regular for several years and was twice voted in the All-Star side during his spell in the United States.

Nelsen becomes the second international captain to join Rovers in four days after the capture of South Africa's Aaron Mokoena.
