Everton could've used him too but I don't think at this stage of his career, he's a better player than neither Osman or Piennar. In fact Leon and Steven seem to get better and better and haven't even reached their peaks yet by the looks of it.

Duff a great player once upon a time, who has gone downhill but is still good.

Dunno PLF...i just dont trust those 2...specially on big macthes they dissapear. Not realible imo.
I agree about Osman, he is developing, although still a long ways to be a incisive player like we need on our wings...
but Piennar? im seeing the "same old same old" since he landed at Goodison.

With all that im not saying Duff would have been our saivior, but i would give him a shot to recover his best days...Heck, everyone was underperforming at Newcastle in these past years..evan ObaOba didnt look like himself there.
