Was only a matter of time before Iraizoz makes his way back to Basque-land. :8):

Aranzubia said he knew was coming and that he'd was fine with competition and would want to stay and fight for his place rather than take the easy way out and leave (which was an option for him as there were interested clubs). Let's see who will establish themselves as the #1 GK next year. That'll be a good battle to watch by itself. ;)

And who will go to Espanyol to provide competition for the mistake-prone Carlos Kameni and keep him on his toes? Have they already brought in a back up GK?

Nicolas Maurice-Belay (AS Monaco) ---> Sochaux
Did they really sell him? Or is it a loan?

If it's sold, I think that could be a mistake by Monaco. Because in 2-3 years, he has the potential (Not sure if he has the mentality to get there though) to have developed into a really sought after and quality player in which case, Sochaux can make some good money off of.

Franck Signorino (Nantes) ---> Getafe

Another good buy for Getafe.

Quite cheap I imagine as well since Nantes has been relegated.

How long till Luigi Pieroni also leaves (Last player Nantes have that is too good for 2nd division football!) Or has it already happened?

Have been very busy in recent days preparing for a big test and haven't checked the websites.

Charles Itandje (Lens) -> Liverpool
Delibasic (Maiorca?) -> Real Sociedad (loan)
Braaten (rosenborg) -> Bolton
Nicola Zigic (Racing Santader) -> Valencia 20M€
Drenthe (Feyenoord) -> Real Madrid 14M€
Gustavo Nery (Zaragoza) -> Corinthians

Never mind.

Found out that as part of the Irazoiz transfer, there was an agreement between two clubs for a one-year loan of Athletic backup GK, Lafuente to go to Espanyol and provide depth. He will get his chance to impress as well since Kameni will be off to ACN for some time.
