no updated kits online with pes superpatch default database patch

after i patched the default database for pes superpatch
i notice that even the kits are back to default when playing online
is it suppose to be like this?
i thought that we still get the updated kits when playing online.
 
i know its kind of rubbish, thats why i diddnt install my one aftei heard that you HAVE o play someone that has the patch also
 
NEWS:
Today we release an update for all user, which have already the patch. we will also upload the hole patch again which indludes the fixes on filefront
