Just says it all really an unfinished lack lustre effort from konami will not be buying.
WHat are they doing must be complete morons in charge of this game now 16:10 IS STANDARD ISSUE NOW ON PC GAMES !

Yep, if they dont give a damn about pc users, i dont give a euro to them. Pes6 for me this year, i hope they keep the servers on.
 
Yeah!!! I agree.I'v got a 22 inch LCD and my resolution is not supported:(
Perhaps Konami release a patch that fix 16:10 problem.Lets hope so
 
do you already download patch from our mate to add res 1680x 1050 which is nattive for your 22inch LCD?

PES 2008 should natively support 16:10 resolutions, it's a shame for Konami to release (in oct 2007) such a popular game without it.

Btw, is it a new tweak with fixed aspect ratio or does it just stretch the image to 1680x1050?
 
I'm using the 1680 patch on my 20inch samsung monitor and the people look stretched, hardly noticeable while your playing but it's there.

Seems like some do after all :D

And many other games support widescreen resolutions with a simple editing of an ini file, but PES 2008 doesn't.
