New to WEPES2007, What's the difference with WE10? & settings.exe problem

Hey guys, I've had every single PES on the comp and every single Winning Eleven (except for WE9 - last years). Now that they have changed the name, what's the difference between Winning Eleven PES 2007 and Winning Eleven 10? Because I see many people posting WE10 stuff and was wondering if it was compatible.

Also, for anyone who has WEPES2007: Can someone please send me you're settings.exe file because mine doesn't save and always goes back to default.
