I wouldn't bet on it having 100% completely updated kits for every team in those leagues. PES5 had a lot of out-dated kits, so unless konami pull their fingers out this year i'd say no.

Arsenal and other licenced teams will be in there... as above Konami will always do as little as possible so expect the worst on the kit front guys..
