I wouldn't exactly call those new designs, Tornado is what most teams are using at the moment, like England's home kit. Also the evolution design has been being used in Norway and Sweden since last year by teams like Brann, Start, Elfsborg... The Sirrius design is the only one which I haven't seen before, however I do think it looks quite nice.

The new Nike kits should be released on the 14th like JayM said, you can check for yourselves on the www.soccer.com website.

It also looks as though Sweden are to be getting a new home shirt according to that website. :s
 
I'm guessing it's probably a messup on Soccer.com's part. What is a fact is that Sweden will be getting a new AWAY kit.
