I think the relevant change on the kit is the shorts from red to white not the shirt design.. Everton might be the same, its been said we will go back to white socks this season. Oh theres also the new badge, apparently.

Full opposite colour. (Yellow-Red)
Neck > Red-Yellow
Jersey > Yellow-Red
Arm > Red-Yellow
The tip of the arm > Yellow-Red
Back to Jersey > Red-Yellow
Arm Lines > Yellow-Red

Nike does true jersey but last year didnt. Very important for our history. Every colour must be opposite.(Yellow-Red)

the switch is in the summer of 2014! We still have 1 season left w/ Nike.
