because red is overused, bayern kits also appeal to an audience that actually doesn't give a shit about history, orange is currently a "trendy" color.

it makes sense in every possible way (it will sell, no question about it), just not in line with the classic club colors.

And I have to say I also like Trabzon's kit, the whole design is great imo, I liked it when Freiburg and Mainz used it and I still like it now.
