Easy: Certain leagues and competitions demand a third kit, for cases when both your jersey are too similar to your opponent's ones. So you HAVE to have one.
 
I understand about marketing reasons, but if it was my club I would like them to play in their traditional colours. But Bayern was always very flexible on their first kit, so is not a major jump to play in black on CL.

Same here. Your colours are your colours, more so when playing in the world's most prestigious club competition.

Yea,I always found Bayern using a differently coloured kit in the CL a bit stupid. Well,it doubles as the needed 3rd shirt (especially this next season) but still,it had much better be CL away and not home shirt.
 
new Hajduk Split sponsor, first time that I can remember that they have one of sponsor logos placed on shorts (they have one on chest, one on both sleeves and one under players numbers on the back.

New sponsor is ECA (European Coastal Airlines) which is one of the biggest sponsors club currently have and will bring more than 3m kn (about 400-500k €) over two years.
