New Kits

That home shirt is far off the real deal (which I like in these new pics, would be far better if they restricted the dark blue to the neck and cuffs and made it the traditional mid-blue shade again),so I'd say fake. Plus that smells Football Manager.

well, definitely better than last 3 home kits they had

I like all three above, with the one in the middle being the "worst" of them. But they are all more than just decent kits and -more important- they were completely unique.

Compare the Adidas and Nike polo-like kits, while the Adidas one still looks like a sportive shirt, Nike looks like regular and extremely boring clothing.

Bravo Adidas, show Nike how it is done.

Adidas can add the stripes to the sleeves and Nike can't. It is rather limited in what they can do to make a simple/classic "polo" while adidas can just use the same template year in year out

I don't know if you're going to understand, but look at how the collars are constructed.Have you ever seen an Adidas collar with pronounced buttons e.g.? Even Macron make better polo collars than Nike...

I guess buttons on a sport shirt is a little non-sporty...but Umbro had zippers in their 1999 Man Utd Jersey...(one of my all-time fav)

Or I guess they just never bothered me as much...to each their own I guess.

If after looking at those kits the only difference you can see are stripes on the shoulders... well nothing more to add.

It's a good point fib, but even with buttons Adidas keeps the class and sports feeling to their kits.

Remember this amazing kit from this season?

It's all about the template, the seams, the materials. You look at it and you can already imagine a football player wearing it, while those Nike polo kits that have nothing besides useless side holes and seams exactly the same in an actual polo shirt every fucking season I can only imagine pub supporters wearing it.

Exactly, and they don't even use different materials in the same kit anymore, all other brands do, like for example the different part under the arms in that Bayern kit.

They invented this laser holes and plastic T links crap (which are both the cheapest things to produce ever) to make idiots believe their kits have cutting edge sports technology into them and charge the same price as an Adidas shirt, while they just make shirts for supporters to buy and use in a day-to-day basis, stuff we already have and always had in every single club shop anywhere ever.

I really hope brands like Macron or Jako keep expanding to take over bigger clubs and NTs so we have more real football kits around :P

They can do a lot of designs on a template with polo neck. They just don't want to do it.

should look good fot big breasted users, i guess that's what nike tried to showcase in those pictures
