Finally Nike made our kit that is mostly one color with details in another. Now we won't need to play in our blue kits at home when opponent has red and white kits. Now we have red kit and they can use that white one. Well, it took them just about 14 years to come to that conclusion

Both matches were possible, because the colour of the shorts was opposite to the other team each. Additionally there were other significant differences between the kits, in the first case Barca's yellow is different to Atletico's white and in the second cas River Plate's kit has white arms while the other teams kit (don't know them) has dark red arms. Especially the first fact might have been the major point as the teams would have been easy to distinguish even on a black and white television because of their shorts.

Don't like new U.S. nt crest.
Looks like poor 90's. For me u.s.nt all time Old Glory Blue and Old Glory Red. Now with royal blue/red they have same problems as many teams Russia nt, brightly and cheap.

I agree completely. US fans hate it. We love the crest on the current home kit designed specifically for our centennial. In fact, fans are already petitioning USSF to get it changed back to the centennial one. Hopefully, we'll get it changed. It worked to some extent for the Polish national team and their supporters.

in the other hand, Bundesliga teams always try to find the slightest excuse to use their third and away kits even when they aren't needed.
