Well, Adidas' 3 stripes on sleeves, shorts and sometimes on socks are a thing of tradition really. From when I remember adidas' clothes always had 3 stripes in some way: those simple 3 stripes on sleeves or more complicated designs...but it is always present on casual and sports wear.
