According to the Barcelona store, this:

FC-Barcelona-13-14-Third-Shirt-Picture.jpg

is infact the goalkeeper shirt, and not the 3rd as it's been circulated around. This one seems to be a Chinese copy.Number-name font on the back is unchanged.

Great Lecce shirt, I didn't know they switched to Nike!

Seriously: I can't understand the need of a yellow-red shirt (apart political reasons) if you have a blue-red shirt as home. Against red teams (Athletic Club, Granada, etc.) they will be forced to wear ugly yellow-orange shirt from this season.

Well, most barcelona fans I know (count me in) are delighted with having the second shirt featuring the catalan colors. It's always been a catalan team and I like the combination of colors. I don't see what's wrong with it. The problem may be for the people that makes it more important than it really is.

And actually I always loved the Lecce shirt, back in the late 80s I traveled to Andorra and bought a Subbuteo Lecce team of miniatures, it was my favorite.

Besides, to all those talking not to mix politics and football, I don't see how putting the colors of your banner in the shirt can cause such distress. After all, practically all national teams do it, and a lot of clubs are already doing it. From Spain (quick list): Bilbao, Betis, Mallorca, Valencia, Osasuna... Why would it be worse if Barcelona did it?

Don't get me wrong, I agree with you a about catalan colors and about other spanish or worldwide teams (I like a lot home shirt, to be honest, best shirt since years), my note was about the clash of red-yellow with red-blue.
Problem is (as you said) if someone think this shirt is a tribute to independentismo catalán, I read some of your posts in past and you said spanish owners use clubs for their personal affairs (i.e. Laporta became a politician), well my only fear is this shirt can be perceived as a captatio benevolentiae to an argument that don't belong to football, that's all.

Inter away is (almosy) fake, new shirt will have original club badge, someone said posted mockups some months ago about it.

Yes, good post Baxter, I get your point. But I think the key is, as you say: "can be perceived". If people perceives this as a political thing, the problem is in the eyes of the perceiver. As I said, there are lots of clubs in Spain that already display its regional/local banner in the shirt!

When I go to Madrid I'm sometimes insulted for speaking catalan (which is my mother tongue) with my wife. Really. What should I do, stop speaking it? Nope. The problem is in the mind of the perceiver. Just as if you put a Spanish flag at the Nou Camp. There shouldn't be any problem. If Barcleona wants to put the catalan colors there, why shouldn't they?

I don't think there's color clash anyway, or at least it's minimal. Nowadays teams feature 3 kits, just for marketing purposes, and Barcelona plays a lot of matches with the 2nd or 3rd kit when there's no real need to, just to feature the shirts and make people buy them.

And it works, the sell of shirts in the last year was incredible. The Nou Camp shop beated the record of shirts sold in a day. So there won't be any problem to put the 3rd kit if there's a clash with the 2nd one (it hardly happens in La Liga, considering the teams we face).

Regarding the England kit. People moan when theres too much or something new, people moan when its too simple. You just can't win!

I for one like it as it reminds be of my favourite, and first England top (1999/2000).

is it true that Rangers have switched from Umbro to Puma?

I was reading about Rangers on Wikipedia and in table where kit manufacturers are named it says that they are with Puma for period between 2013-2018
