to be used tomorrow against Sevilla

isn't it Messi between kaka' & marcelo?

Source?
For instance, Shakhtar and Basel doesn't have a third kit.

Not necessarily, Dynamo Kyiv or Zenit (as jackarmy reported) have only 2 kits
I read this regarding the issue with Zenit... also who knows wether there is not a third kits that is unknown yet (and might never be used!) like the Porto one.

Well, the same thing is here with Hajduk Split. They created third in 2006 that was to be used as 3rd choice for 06/07 season.

That season combination was:

In our media it was said that it was created because UEFA wanted all teams that compete in UEFA competitions to have 3 kits, and Hajduk used that opportunity and they celebrated 95 years with logo on left sleeve of that kit in 2006. And from 2006 up until now it was only used few times, only by goalkeepers Pletikosa and Subašić

Zenit did have a third kit in 2008 made by Puma which was gold, they actually wore it after they won the match vs rangers. They also then had another third kit by puma that was a very light sky blue which they wore vs Man Utd in the super cup a few months later, this was different to their normal navy blue which they wore at the time. When they first moved to Nike they also had an orange kit which was a theoreticalthird kit but it got canned by supporters and was never worn. Last time Spartakn were in the cl they wore a black kit for some matches which was a sort of secret kit in the sense the club didn't officially release it, mention it nor sell it.

Not about a new kit, but kits in general: German reporter said yesterday that adding all the numbers of the back of the Rubin squad results in the number 392. I wonder where this stupid number picking will lead us in the next time...

it's just numbers, who gives a crap.

In normal cases nobody, but with this high numbers it's getting ridiculous. What is the point in having numbers up to 99(or even higher), if you're just having between 20 and 30 players in your squad? I am clearly no fan of the FIFA rule with consecutive numbers between 1 and 23, but there must be a border somewhere.

And the Franchise Vermin have got a third kit, because Vince Sam Tân's "lucky" red kit and their original home kit designated as an away kit clashed with Palace. How unoriginal, reverse the colours of the "home" kit. :SMUG:
