New Kits

At first I really liked the red away kits, but the latest combo with red shorts and gold stripes is horrible imo. I wish we'd have something like this again (though this one isn't an actual kit): http://i3.ebayimg.com/05/i/000/d7/c4/712f_10.JPG

classic design in green is brilliant, i've got 2 early 1990 adidas kits in green (one of them liverpool away with the 3 big stripes across the shoulder, BRILLIANT kit), but the modern designs? i don't know...maybe a panathinaikos-like green tone? not sure though...it's really hard to find something that matches every taste and the current fashion, and that is what adidas has to do with german kits, they are their topsellers.

no doubt about that, still I think they've done a bad job this time. Why don't we have a third kit by the way? Denmark's just got one, lots of other nations have three kits as well. We could have white red and green, so almost everybody would be satisfied.

i know it's a matter of personal taste, but i don't think fulham's new nike kit is wonderful. I always like fulham's jersey, but is as simply as a plain black and white shirt, only add the sponsor. For me is a waste of time that every season, not only fulham, every team change kits, it's only marketing. I disagree with the people that claps for this kind of kits, but i know, and it's respectable, it's everyone's taste.

pd: i hope my comentaries don't hurt anyone's feelings.

it's just a teamwear template, not much nike has to do with it tbh ;)

This is true, but Nike do well with their simple designs, they suit every team they give them to.

Nike are the only kit manufacturers that get it consistently right. Adidas would do well to go back to simple kits, and Puma would do well to start making theirs out of proper materials, instead of shiny bin bags.

the material of the "home" puma template, the kinda v-neck one, is actually very good. you could compare it to the material nike uses for their kits. but the away material is crap, that's true.

Almunia looks like he's in pyjamas. :)
really crappy designs from nike. it's like the slap a colour or two and a line or two on it, then slap the logos and voila: the new kit. plus they're having almost same templates for two years...
since that 2004 total 90 kits nike has been crap...adidas own them.
