According to Facebook fan page of PES 2011 the next DLC will be released in Mid-March...
They said:
"Dear PES-Fans, the new DLC to reflect winter transfers is planned to be released mid-March! Please stay tuned for this update and we hope you look forward to it!
Christian, PES-Team"

"Next #DLC covering winter transfers will be mid March. Sorry, but I still don't have full details from Japan yet

MARCH? And only winter transfers? At least they should update the national squads because they out to tade surely.
Konami is deffinitly a bunch of lazy people.
 
Thats it. Why bother. How long does it take to do a transfer update. January transfer window and we get an update mid march, what a joke. Thank ffok we have patcher out there. Most of us got this update weeks ago.

Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH has revealed the content of its latest free DLC for PES 2011.

The update will be available to PlayStation(R)3, Xbox 360 and PC-DVD users from March 15th, and updates a number of elements to the full game. Winter transfers and movements up to the end of the January transfer window have been updated for 135 Club teams, while Spain’s new kit and the Swedish national team’s away kit have been added. Ten new boot styles from adidas, NIKE, PUMA and Umbro have also been added.

I know what DLC means but I like Primepeace personally think we can expect some minor changes in gameplay and some new animation though Konami did not announce. Just have this feeling.
 
THIS IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, ALL I SAID WAS THAT I WANTED THE GAME MORE RESPONSIVE AND OH YES IT IS EXACTLY IN ACCORDANCE TO WHAT I HAVE SAID, SOMEONE FROM KONAMI ARE DEFINITELY ARE TAKING NOTES ON THIS FORUM

IMPROVEMENTS I HAVE NOTICED ARE

- PLAYER MOVEMENTS ARE MUCH SMOOTH AND RESPONSIVE

- SHOOTING AND CROSSING HAS IMPROVED, THE BALL IS NOT A HOCKEY BALL ANYMORE

- PLAYERS ARE MORE BALANCED AND ARE BETTER IN DEFENCE AND ATTACK

- DRIBBLING IS AT LAST A LITTLE EASIER OF COURSE ON TOP PLAYER

LASTLY I WOULD LIKE TO SEND ALL MY SINCERE BLESSINGS TO JAPAN AND ALL IT'S PEOPLE, THANKYOU FOR THE UPDATE IN THESE HARD TIMES, I HOPE WE CAN ALL LIVE IN A MORE PEACEFULL WORLD IN TIMES TO COME, NO MORE TEARS, NO MORE WARS, NO MORE ARROGANCE, JUST A BRIGHT FUTURE FOR ALL OF MANKIND NO MATTER WHAT RACE OR ORIGIN.
