No, every version is limited to its own network.

PC -> PC
PS2 -> PS2
Xbox -> Xbox
 
So how to connect other player on same network LAN ?
Example :
PC A ( IP Address 192.168.0.1 ) against PC B ( IP Address 192.168.0.2 ) ?

You cant. Konami removed the direct IP option out of the game.

You have to use the online servers to play online now, as registration of your copy of PES5 is required before you can play.
